Goals / Remit
Promotion and implementation of activities where the main theme is:
• Awareness;
• Free-anxiety practice;

Developing of programme activities and events in the following order:
• Non-formal and informal presentations for young people and youth workers
• English and Spanish workshops with communication through non-formal and informal methods

• Dynamics, improvisation and creativity for youth, social inclusion and combating social anxiety
• Confidence and encourage the acquisition of further knowledge and skills in turning ideas
• Erasmus+, Europe for Citizens and Creative Europe programmes.

Youth Organisation ALEXIS Prilep aims to empower, inspire and motivate young people through youth work by expressing confidence and social inclusion.
The activities of non-formal learning, where promoting awareness is done through youth work affects the social inclusion of young people in recognition of their values, rights, welfare and also the development of the personal influence of sociological and psychological concept on people.
Involvement of young people is all that matters and it's presented through their participation in various activities and ideas initiated by young people themselves through youth policy, recognising the skills and values of their right to expression in decision making.
Our mission is to add value to youth work, helping to fulfil all the desired level and quality, safety and improvement of skills through capacity building.
Our goal is to develop and promote social values, improving the skills of young people by involving themselves in the decision making process for more effective impact on themselves through tolerance and coexistence with other young people, by organising and advocating youth activities and events to encourage young people to public speaking, and to develop mutual understanding between young people with European added value too.Address

We have participated in the training course “Reinforce Your Professional Future” was based on non-formal and informal education with a self-directed learning approach.
The training course was developed from the expectations and needs of the participants and the experience and knowledge from the trainers.
The training course was characterised by highly participatory, interactive and experiential methods.
Working methods included case studies, working in pairs and small groups, team building activities, discussions, workshops developed by the participants and self-assessment, for improving application skills by
empowering yourself.
Target: Youth workers, youth leaders and volunteers working in a non-formal learning.Other activities
Youth Organisation ALEXIS Prilep is actively working with the Erasmus+ and other European programmes.
