Our mission is to add value of the youth work by helping and achieving the desired level of quality and safety skills, assets and processes; to protect brands and enable success. Promotion of youth work, youth leadership and volunteering. Involvement of young people in decisions making by high-quality participation in activities, events and campaigns, youth policy, values and debating at the following order:

• Speaking about youth issues;
• Awareness;
• Practising non-formal and informal learning;
• Self-reflection;
• Free-anxiety practice;
• Social issues.

ALEXIS supports and develops ideas, practices and informal workshops in the following order:

• Non-formal and informal presentations for young people and youth workers
• English and Spanish with communication through informal methods
• European identity, values and empowerment
• Dynamics, improvisation and creativity for youth, social inclusion and combating social anxiety
• Confidence and encourage the acquisition of further knowledge and skills in turning ideas
• Providing information and presentation for home schooling

ALEXIS is a non-profit youth organisation of independent individuals active in youth work.
Our goal is to empower and motivate youth workers and young people throughout the non-formal method way of practising.
We aim to develop a personal impact on the social and psychological concept and self-confidence of people.

Our organisation is dedicated to approaching a positive impact on young individuals striving for social inclusion by working and spreading awareness throughout youth work.

Our nature is based upon: Transparency, tolerance, gender-equality, social inclusion for people with fewer opportunities, promoting, organising, advising, travel consulting, language support for English, Spanish and Greek.
The organisation is working with the Erasmus+ programme, Europe for Citizens programme and the Creative Europe programme.

Focus and area of action: Youth work, Art and culture, film making, decorating, psychology, foreign languages, animals, workshops, non-formal education with a variety of activities for young people and young adults.

ALEXIS is Informal and Independent organisation structure, not a Limited Company or Public Body. Their nature is based on non-profit, capacity building, social inclusion, creativity, Art and Culture, film-making, foreign languages, recognition of youth work sharing common learning and values.

Erasmus+ and European Project Department. Coordinator, management and preparation of activities, European and international mobility. Expert in English and Spanish, providing support of linguistic, social and cultural issues.
Consultant for non-formal and information learning.
Skills development: Language competence, self-confidence, intercultural awareness, collaborative learning, motivation, communication, cognitive thinking and etc.
