Goals / Remit
Our organisation is dedicated on approaching a positive social impact of young individuals of risk and people of social exclusion, therefore we are working on spreading awareness and actively working of inclusion and topics of young people victims of hate crime, health issues of: Obsessive Compulsive disorder and social anxiety.
We have informal workshops where we contribute with all sorts of information about these issues such as psychological counselling containing non-formal approaches and methods, unemployment and people with NEET and home-schooling a way of pace and flexibility to learn a part of our programmes.
We have working experience in social work in the youth fields in centres in Santiago de Compostela, Spain on a nine month project - working on activities such as reinforcement of professional skills of youth workers by empowering yourself in Madrid (A unique experience and methods).
We aim to empathy and on how to deal in situation of hate crime encounters, dealing with anxieties and helping young people regarding self-confidence throughout creativity and empowerment such collaboration with international organisations, foundations and centres from Spain. People from us can expect high-quality communication and work, envelopment, motivation, improvisation and dedication. We want to deliver a unique and new way of work where everybody can have its own leading role.Main EU files targeted
ALEXIS is a non-profit informal organisation of independent individuals active in youth work.
Our goal is to empower and motivate youth workers and young people throughout non-formal method way of practising.
We aim to develop a personal impact on socio-psychological concept and self-confidence of people.
Our nature is based upon: Promoting, organising, advising, travel consulting, language support for English, Spanish and Greek. We are working with Erasmus+ , Europe for Citizens, Creative Europe and Adult Learning Programme.
Our work is focused on: Art and culture, film making, decorating, psychology, foreign languages, animals, workshops, non-formal education and NEET.
Our mission is to add value of the youth work by helping and achieving the desired level of quality and safety for their skills, assets and processes; to protect their brands and enable their success.

“Sociocultural Ethos” (Applicant – Coordination) Republic of Macedonia | Partners: Spain, Italy and Greece.
This project aims to improve the quality of socio-psychological skills and adequacy of the partner
organisations working with young people and young adults such as contribution of developing new skills and
competencies among young people to bring organisations working together in order to increase the multiplier
effect of the quality of socio-psychological and artistic skills, improvement of creativity of film-making as a
tool towards beating unemployment, spreading awareness, recognition of social and artistic skills and job
placement for people experiencing social anxiety issues. In this project, partner organisations will share
experiences, practice, empathy and search for tools throughout a creative way to reducing social anxiety and
job placement throughout non-formal learning and to gain new practice and skills. To create a network that
will share ideas, organize projects in the future and to demonstrate psychological help through non-formal
and informal way in another culture environment.
Fundación Tomillo - Madrid, Spain
We have participated in the training course “Reinforce Your Professional Future” was based on non-formal
and informal education with a self-directed learning approach. The training course was developed from the expectations and needs of the participants and the experience and knowledge from the trainers.
The training course was characterised by highly participatory, interactive and experiential methods. The
working methods included case studies, working in pairs and small groups, team building activities,
discussions, workshops developed by the participants and self-assessment, for improving application skills by
empowering yourself.

Sociocultural Centre CSC José Saramago de Vite and ETL Don Bosco - Santiago de Compostela, Spain
Working experience with children and youth on an nine-month extensive project requiring sociopsychological, camera & computer skills, accompanied by a great deal of creativity of activities with children and young adults at the Sociocultural Centre CSC José Saramago de Vite and ETL Don Bosco such as other sociocultural centres in Santiago de Compostela.
We have been working with interest and motivation on cultural activities and leisure time with children and
teenagers, presenting our capabilities of communication, social skills, enthusiasm, creativity, initiative values,
