Goals / Remit
Our mission is to add value of the youth work by helping and achieving the desired level of quality and safety of skills, assets and processes; to protect brands and enable success. Promotion and recognition of youth work, youth leadership and volunteering.
Young people involved in decisions making and high-quality participation in activities, events and campaigns, youth policy, recognition, values and debating at the following order:
Speaking about youth issues;
Awareness;
Practising non-formal and informal learning;
Self-reflection;
Free-anxiety practice;
Social issues.
ALEXIS supports and develops ideas, practices and informal workshops at the following order:
Formal and informal presentations for young people and adult learning
English and Spanish with communication through informal methods
European identity, values and empowerment
Dynamics, improvisation and creativity for adults, social inclusion and combating social anxiety
Confidence and encouragement the acquisition of further knowledge and skills in turning ideas
Providing information and presentation for home schooling

ALEXIS is a non-profit informal organisation of independent individuals active in youth work.
Our goal is to empower and motivate youth workers and young people throughout non-formal method way of practising.
We aim to develop a personal impact on socio-psychological concept and self-confidence of people.
Our organisation is dedicated on approaching a positive social impact of young individuals of risk and people of social exclusion, therefore we are working on spreading awareness and actively working of inclusion and topics of young people victims of hate crime, health issues of: Obsessive Compulsive disorder and social anxiety.
Our nature is based upon: Transparency, tolerance, gender-equality, social inclusion for people with fewer opportunists, promoting, organising, advising, travel consulting, language support for English, Spanish and Greek.
Our organisation is working with the Erasmus+, Europe for Citizens, Creative Europe and Adult Learning Programme.
Focus and area of action: Youth work, Art and culture, film making, decorating, psychology, foreign languages, animals, workshops, non-formal education and NEET such as learning activities and opportunities for young people and young adults.

Membership (Organisations or individuals)
• Membership of ALEXIS shall be open to any person over 18 or any organisation living or located anywhere in the world who is interested in helping ALEXIS to achieve its aims, willing to abide by the rules of the Group and willing to pay any subscription agreed by the Management Committee.
• Membership shall be available to anyone without regard to gender, race, nationality, disability, sexual preference, religion or belief.
• Every individual member and each organisation shall have one vote at General Meetings.
• The membership of any member may be terminated for good reason by the Management Committee but the member has a right to be heard by the Management Committee before a final decision is made.
• Each member organisation shall appoint a representative to attend meetings of ALEXIS and notify the Group’s President and Vice-President of that person’s name.

We have participated in the training course “Reinforce Your Professional Future” was based on non-formal and informal education with a self-directed learning approach.
The training course was developed from the expectations and needs of the participants and the experience and knowledge from the trainers.
The training course was characterised by highly participatory, interactive and experiential methods.
Working methods included case studies, working in pairs and small groups, team building activities, discussions, workshops developed by the participants and self-assessment, for improving application skills by
empowering yourself.
Target: Youth workers, youth leaders and volunteers working in a non-formal learning.
Sociocultural Centre CSC José Saramago de Vite and ETL Don Bosco - Santiago de Compostela, Spain
Working experience with children and youth on a nine- month extensive project requiring socio psychological, camera & computer skills, accompanied by a great deal of creativity of activities with children and young adults at the Sociocultural Centre CSC José Saramago de Vite and ETL Don Bosco such as other sociocultural centres in Santiago de Compostela.
We have been working with interest and motivation on cultural activities and leisure time with children and
teenagers, presenting our capabilities of communication, social skills, enthusiasm, creativity, initiative values, ideals about solidarity and European identity.Other activities
