Goals / Remit
Youth Organisation ALEXIS Prilep is an NGO for social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities and for a gender equality through participation in the decision-making process.
Through the activities of non-formal learning across a range of different ideas and projects positively affect the values and benefits, social development by raising awareness of the psychological concept of society on fundamental rights and equality.
Youth Organisation ALEXIS Prilep promotes social values and improving the skills of young people by involving them in the decision-making process for more effective impact, through tolerance and coexistence with other young people. By organising and advocating youth activities and youth work as a way to encourage young people speaking more openly and with confidence, to develop an understanding and interpersonal relationships as important structures of the European society.
Youth Organisation ALEXIS Prilep holds educational information about the EU and Europe for active citizenship of young people, promoting and carrying out activities where the main theme are: Awareness raising, gender-equality, LGBTQI, European languages, film and creativity, information about unity, diversity, values, tolerance, equality, solidarity and social inclusion of young people in European society with their involvement in the decision-making process.

Youth Organisation ALEXIS Prilep aims to reach social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities, and to promote tolerance, diversity, gender equality and LGBTQI rights. Implementation of youth activities that foster development of non-formal learning, mobility and promotion of transnational non-formal learning.
How do young people take part in the decision-making process
• By promoting tolerance, equality of rights and actions at local, national and European level;
• Youth issues, promoting awareness through non-formal and informal learning, self-reflection, free anxiety practise and social issues;
• Participating in activities, events and campaigns, youth policy initiated by the youth, by encouraging and positive influence.

• Young people make decisions, their right to freedom, expression and living of the human rights;
• Young people collaborate together through tolerance, diversity and equality;

Call for action, advocacy and opportunities
Young people make decisions and take responsibility as equal partners. Projects implemented by the young people give an advice and suggestions to these proposals a final decision or results. Young people have specific roles and tasks within the project and are aware of the impact they are having. Every young person has the right to information and services needed to meet the responsible decision.
