    The ACM global Technology Policy Council, Europe Council and Europe Technology Policy Committee work to increase the visibility of public policy matters to ACM members in Europe and to encourage such members’ input into a broad range of European Commission and Parliament computing-related public policy processes.
    The ACM global Technology Policy Council and Europe Council aim to increase the level and visibility of ACM activities across Europe. The Council is comprised of European computer scientists committed to fostering the visibility and relevance of ACM in Europe, and is focused on a wide range of European ACM activities, from high-quality ACM conferences in Europe, to expanding ACM chapters, to encouraging greater participation of Europeans in all dimensions of ACM.

    Communication activities

    - ACM has established a global Technology Policy Council and within it the ACM Europe Technology Policy Committee with the specific purpose of dealing with European policy matters and operating in the context of the Transparency Register.
