North Sweden European Office är Norrbottens, Västerbottens, Jämtland Härjedalens och Västernorrlands EU-kontor i Bryssel med uppdrag att vara Norra Sveriges länk till EU. Målet med verksamheten är att skapa förutsättningar för regionens offentliga aktörer, företag och akademi, att agera framgångsrikt på EU-arenan.

EU:s sammanhållningspolitik med struktur- och investeringsfonderna och plattformar/initiativ för regional utveckling och attraktiv livsmiljö, TEN-T infrastruktursatsningar med stöd av Connecting Europe Facility, forsknings- och innovationsunionen med Horizon 2020/Europe och IKT, pågående arbete med Arktis respektive råvarufrågor inom råvaruinitiativet och anknutna policyområden såsom energi och bioekonomi inom EU:s gröna giv.

Other activities
North Sweden European Office (NSEO) arbetar främst med att följa och driva frågor som har betydelse för regionen i det europeiska samarbetet. Därutöver stödjer och uppmuntrar NSEO regionens aktörer att ta del av EU:s finansieringsmöjligheter för att utveckla den egna verksamheten och regionen som helhet.
The goal for North Sweden European Office, is to involve Northern Sweden in the EU, by helping local and regional authorities, the academy and the local enterprises to work with EU issues, both at EU policy level and to get European funds for development of the region.- Meetings
