    MID SWEDEN EUROPEAN OFFICE CONTRIBUTES TO REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT BY ADDRESSING KEY REGIONAL ISSUES ON THE EU ARENA. POLICY WORK CONSISTS OF MONITORING DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE EU POLICIES AND PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT EU POLICY TO THE REGION. OUR FUNCTION IS ALSO TO PROMOTE THE REGION AT THE EUROPEAN LEVEL AND THEREBY INFLUENCE POLICY AND DECISION MAKINGS AT EU LEVEL.

    THE VISION OF THE COUNTIES OF JÄMTLAND AND VÄSTERNORRLAND IS TO BE AN ACTIVE AND SUCCESSFUL EUROPEAN REGION.
