    Celem działania Fundacji zgodnie z jej statutem jest:
    1. pomoc, integracja i aktywizacja obcokrajowców oraz Polek, Polaków i osób polskiego pochodzenia przebywających w Polsce lub planujących przyjazd do Polski,
    2. budowanie otwartego społeczeństwa poprzez upowszechnianie wiedzy o krajach i kulturach świata, promocja i wspieranie dialogu międzykulturowego i międzyreligijnego oraz przeciwdziałanie uprzedzeniom i dyskryminacji,
    3. promocja i wspieranie wolontariatu oraz innych form zaangażowania społecznego,
    4. wspieranie rozwoju systemu integracji społecznej w Polsce, w tym integracji uchodźców i imigrantek,
    5. przeciwdziałanie ubóstwu i nierównościom społecznym na świecie poprzez pomoc rozwojową i humanitarną poza granicami Polski.
