Goals / Remit
E-Garderobe is ecommerce platform which was able to disrupt the fashion industry by providing a new and much more affordable way to experience fashion. In 2 years, E-Garderobe has gone from zero to over three thousand register members who rent party, wedding and special occasion designer dresses. Along with the dresses, clients can rent handbags and jewelry. E-Garderobe as the first ecommerce platform in Europe introduced fashion subscription service that offers clothing rentals from over 60 designers from all over the world in sizes from XS to XL. Initially a purely e-commerce company opened showroom location in Warsaw, Poland to provide the way new customers discover the rental concept. The showroom location allows women to try-on all the garments and get professional stylist help with choosing the right outfit. E-Garderobe is extending the lifecycle of garments further.
Main EU files targeted
E-Garderobe is building a better future for fashion that is mainly focused on sustainability, lower carbon footprint, extend the lifecycle garments , share clothing economy, introduce reusable garment bags and shipping boxes, eco-friendly dry cleaning such as green earth technology and plastic recycling. E-Garderobe was created to get more use out of a single clothing that helps us receding the need to produce or use unnecessary garments.
