The realization of human rights, in particular environmental and worker rights, in global supply chains

We are actively engaged in the adoption, implementation and development of environmental, occupational, and corporate responsibility related legislation and policies. In particular, EU policy initiatives and strategies such as the Chemical Strategy for Sustainability, the Circular Economy and the Green New Deal are areas of focus. We are closely following the development of chemical and waste legislation, such as REACH, PPPR, Biocides, CLP and WEEE/RoHS, among others. In addition, we are actively engaged in the development of legislation surrounding fundamental rights, supply chains and value chains, and associated transboundary or extraterritorial implications. These include the EU's Non-Financial Reporting Directive and proposed legislation on human rights and environmental due diligence.
