    Goals / Remit

    - The association seeks to protect young athletes from exploitation and mitigate risks to these individuals through mandatory regulations and legal frameworks, while ensuring that stakeholders abide by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child as well as other international regulations and existing policies that aim to protect young people from exploitation in sport.
    - Ensure that accountability frameworks exist with related regulations, protocols and guidelines, to ensure that stakeholders involved in the development and transfer of young athletes are held accountable for the safety and the well-being of the children in their care.
    - Serve as an hub for the initiatives, activities and decision-making of the main stakeholders jointly combating trafficking and other forms of exploitation of children.
    - Provide at-risk young people with education and professional training, empowering them and their families to make reasonable choices about their eventual career in sport and beyond.

    Main EU files targeted

At European level, it is our mission, through awareness raising, targeted advocacy and campaigns, to sensitize decision-makers about the very real threat of human trafficking in sports. We aim to work together with the EU institutions towards creating a regulatory framework that protects young athletes against falling victim of such practices. Historically, human rights have been high on the EU agenda. We need to ensure that this is followed up by concrete actions and measures, to make the world of sports cleaner and safer. Therefore, we say: Not in our game!
