    Human Rights Project Management aims to connect and unite Russian citizens who seek a state governed by the rule of law with a strong civil society, regular free elections and the promotion of European values.

    The organization brings together citizens living both inside and outside of Russia, who share the aim of a robust, dynamic, and forward-looking state founded upon effective democratic institutions and the rule of law. It will enable these citizens to communicate and work together, to make their voices heard, and to mobilise effectively in the cause of common interests and goals.
