Human Rights Project Management aims to connect and unite Russian citizens who seek a state governed by the rule of law with a strong civil society, regular free elections and the promotion of European values.
The organization brings together citizens living both inside and outside of Russia, who share the aim of a robust, dynamic, and forward-looking state founded upon effective democratic institutions and the rule of law.
