    Goals / Remit

    Vytautas Magnus University (hereinafter University) shall be a state higher education institution, which provides university studies, carries out scientific research and develops applied science and art activities.
    In order to meet cultural, educational, economic and other needs of the society, the University shall prepare Bachelors, Masters and Doctors of Science in various science and study fields, capable of independent intellectual and creative work and having broad general university education.
