Our lobbying activities in 2020 Q4 and 2021 focused mainly on promoting the idea of space mining in Poland through contacts with national institutions and Polish member of European Parliament.

We actively lobbied for Poland's accession to the international agreement Artemis Accords. As a result of our activities (as well as other people and institutions interested in this topic), Poland joined the Artemis Accords agreement on October 26, 2021.

This activity was carried out with its own resources and did not require the involvement of additional people. In 2022, we plan to lobby for the construction of the European SBPS (Solar Based Power Stations) constellation in order to achieve the objectives of the Europe Net Zero program, which will mean much more intensive contacts with the EU institutions and it is possible that more resources will be delegated to this purpose.

Solar System Resources Corporation Sp. z o. o. was established on September 17, 2020. We already have a successful lobbying campaign for Poland's accession to the international agreement Artemis Accords.

We lobby for the development of space mining in Poland and the European Union, the energy transformation of the EU, as well as other topics reported to the register. We are supporters of tightening EU-US cooperation. We are open to lobbying in the EU for business clients, especially from the USA.

In our lobbying activities, we adopt the methodology of contacts with members of the European Commission, Members of the European Parliament, European Union institutions and ESA / NASA. We intend to influence EU policy by reporting our comments on topics of interest to us, interpellations, inquiries, protests, as well as by submitting our own proposals. We intend to use the right to enter the EU parliament (as a registered entity, as a lobbyist) and meet in person with members of the EU parliament. We intend to officially contact the European Commission and arrange meetings with its representatives. In the future, there will also be opportunities to exert other types of influence - through thematic events, think-tanks, training, contacts with influential EU media, in particular in Brussels.

The first lobbying contact with persons associated with the EU institutions took place on October 6, 2020. President of Solar System Resources Corporation Sp. z o. o. sent an e-mail to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Mateusz Morawiecki, in which he suggested allocating funds from the reconstruction fund for the development of space mining in Poland, changing the mining industry into space mining, indicating the benefits for society and the planet that must be saved through real actions for the benefit of climate protection. This e-mail was sent with a copy to the miners' unions, some parliamentarians, Polish environmental organizations, the US embassy and, most importantly for you, to MEP Patryk Jaki.

Then, we lobbied intensively for Poland to join the international ARTEMIS ACCORDS agreement. We became famous in 2020 in the Polish space industry for our tough attitude towards the Polish Space Agency, which culminated in submitting a complaint to the Supreme Audit Office with a copy to the most important people in the country and MEPs. We intensified the discussion on Poland's joining the Artemis Accords program. As a result of our activities in 2020 and 2021 and the activities of other interested persons / companies / institutions, on October 26, 2021, Poland joined the Artemis Accords agreement.
