    Since 10th of December 2020 SIRTI Business Unit Transportation has been transferred to a new company (Sirti Transportation s.r.l.).
    The rights, obligations and personnel related to the railway activities of Sirti S.p.A. have been be totally transferred to Sirti Transportation s.r.l.
    Also the rights and obligations of the Shift2Rail Open Call projects have been transferred from SIRTI S.p.A. to the Sirti Transportation s.r.l., which will consequently ask for the amendment of the Grant Agreements.
    The Open Call projects are:
    OPTIMA (S2R-OC-IP2-02-2019);
    4SECURail (S2R-OC-IP2-01-2019);
    STREAM ( S2R-OC-IP3-03-2020).
    in the course of 2021 Sirti Transportation s.r.l. changed ownership, and consequently the name in MER MEC STE s.r.l. , keeping the same VAT number.
    Sirti Transportation s.r.l./Daniele Trentini is a member of the Railway Supply Industry Expert Group (E03536), we are asking to transfer this seat to MER MEC STE s.r.l./Daniele Trentini
