As a leading global nutrition company, Herbalife offers its scientific, technical and regulatory affairs experience in weight management, dietary supplementation, and energy, fitness and sports nutrition to both industry and regulators as a contribution to the development of effective nutrition policy.

Herbalife also represents the interests of a network of hundreds of thousands of Europeans engaged in what can best be described as micro-enterprise, an engine of economic growth in the European Union. These independent distributors of Herbalife products are sometimes adversely affected by a lack of harmonisation of consumer information and consumer protection rules.
