Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) is a Greek non-profit organisation committed to the promotion of innovation and the enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit. Established in 2005, iED is a certified leading Center of Excellence in European entrepreneurship and a fast-growing Digital Innovation Hub, registered as member of the European Commission's catalogue of DIHs, that recognizes entrepreneurship as a crucial factor for the future of sustainable development and cohesion of societies.
Over the 15 years of our activity, we have participated in the planning, implementation and dissemination of more than 200 National and European projects under numerous Financial Frameworks (Horizon, Erasmus+, AMIF, REC, COSME, INTERREG, ENI CBC MED, Life etc.). Our experience gave us a unique insight in the practical aspects on the implementation of large-scale co-funding projects, making us a strong and reliable European project partner and leader.

Entrepreneurship: Promoting change for the better, through entrepreneurial and innovative actions, on-going consultancy, and strategic visioning across Europe.
Education & E-learning: Diagnosing and fulfilling educational and training needs of individuals and groups by developing an array of training curricula and customized courses, instructional programs, educational platforms, e-learning applications, and material.
Digital Transformation & ICT: Educating people and companies in the digital mentality, technology platforms and innovative digital, and connecting them with entrepreneurial mindset as a driver of innovation tools to achieve digital transformation successfully.
Innovative Business Models: Identifying and developing profitable innovative business models for startups, SMEs and companies in all industries, to increase efficiency and sustainable impact.
Social Inclusion & Integration: Aiming to achieve gender equality, empower diversity and improve the social integration of vulnerable groups, such as NEETs, by identifying skills’ gaps, investing in comprehensive career guidance and consultancy, and cultivating new competencies for successful labor market inclusion.
Green & Sustainability: We identify the Green Growth and Sustainable Development sectors as two major factors that affect climate change and shape the labor market and the entire economy. We educate people and companies in green technology and sustainable living, by developing technology platforms and training material to help cultivate the much-needed skills and competencies.
SMEs & Start-ups: Assisting the local and international startup and SMEs ecosystems in different phases of their evolution, providing personalized training solutions, business guidance and funding opportunities to achieve the highest growth rates.
Youth: Facilitating youth inclusion, training and mentoring youth entrepreneurs to not only develop essential skills but also to move ahead starting their own businesses.
