    ANTIPOLLUTION is a leading company in the field of marine environmental protection and waste management services. ANTIPOLLUTION emphasizes in the importance of recycling, valorization and alternative management of waste and strive for providing the most optimal and environmental sound solutions. Based in Piraeus Greece, has almost 70 years of experience in port reception facilities and waste management, serving 24/7 numerous ports in Greece by collecting hazardous and non-hazardous waste and providing treatment solutions. With vast experience and know-how, has invested in latest technology equipment for the transport and storage of waste in both sea and land, as well as in facilities for the treatment of waste and production of Alternative Solid/Refuse Derived Fuel (ASF/RDF). ANTIPOLLUTION’s mission is to continuously develop, expand and improve our business activities in the fields of Port Reception Facilities for Ship Generated Waste & Cargo Residues, Hazardous and Non Hazardous Solid Waste Management, Waste Recycling and Valorization, Waste Handling of Animal By-products and Emergency Response Services for Marine Pollution Incidents. Antipollution, along with affiliate companies, owns and operates facilities for treatment of non-hazardous and hazardous waste treatment. For non-hazardous waste management, Antipollution, operates a material recovery facility (MRF) in Aspopyrgos area, near to Athens – Greece with total annual capacity of 5,000 tons per year. Antipollution also operates a RDF production facility. It carries out additional waste processing, aiming to reduce the amounts of waste sent to landfills. Also it operates a temporary storage facility of hazardous waste, 250 tons with storage capacity of hazardous waste.
