ZEAL Network SE wurde als Tipp24 SE 1999 in Deutschland gegründet und hat ihren Hauptsitz inzwischen in London. Im November 2014 wurde die Gesellschaft in die heutige ZEAL Network SE umbenannt. Ihre Aktien werden im Prime Standard der Frankfurter Börse gehandelt und sind Teil des SDAX. Bis heute hat ZEAL Spieleinsätze von rund 2,5 Mrd. Euro umgesetzt, sowie Steuern und Abgaben in Höhe von 650 Millionen Euro gezahlt.
ZEAL hält Beteiligungen an folgenden Gesellschaften: Lottovate bietet weltweit digitale Dienstleistungen für lizenzierte Lotterieveranstalter (www.lottovate.com). Lotto Network schafft privaten Organisationen eine Plattform für eigene Lotto Produkte (www.lottonetwork.com). Geolotto ist ein innovatives geo-basiertes Lottospiel im Vereinigten Königreich (www.geolotto.co.uk). Ventura24 ist ein gewerblicher Spielvermittler in Spanien (www.ventura24.es).
