Die Wirtschaftsvereinigung Stahl (WV Stahl) vertritt die politischen Interessen der stahlproduzierenden Unternehmen in Deutschland mit ihren rund 85.000 Beschäftigten gegenüber Politik, Wirtschaft und Öffentlichkeit.
Zentrales Anliegen der Organisation ist es, die politischen Rahmenbedingungen für die Zukunft so mitzugestalten, dass am Standort Deutschland Stahl nachhaltig und wettbewerbsfähig produziert werden kann.
Kernauftrag der WV Stahl ist die politische Interessenvertretung. Voraussetzung dafür ist die Teilnahme am gesellschaftlichen Diskurs zu branchenrelevanten Themen: Einbindung in Wertschöpfungsketten, Nachhaltigkeit und Zukunftsorientierung der Industrie als Technologiegeber sind dabei zentrale Elemente. Für eine zielgerichtete Interessenvertretung ist der Verband in Berlin, Brüssel und Düsseldorf vertreten.Main EU files targeted
