Temeljni cilj Udruge je kroz zaštitu prava potrošača - fizičkih osoba i njihovih obitelji od pasivnog konzumenta stvoriti aktivnog potrošača svjesna svojih prava na zakonom zajamčenu visoku razinu kvalitete roba i usluga, na kulturan i čovjeka dostojan odnos proizvođača i davatelja usluga, te na zakonom utemeljenu zaštitu od mita, korupcije, birokratske i monopolističke samovolje.
