The Industrial Union actively promotes and advocates the rights and benefits of the employees for example in the metal industry, chemical industry and wood product industry. You can see all the agreement sectors on our website www.teollisuusliitto.fi

As a member of IndustriAllEurope, Social dialogies are our main routes to affect legislation and decision making on EU. It is not possible to name particular EU policies and/or legislative proposals. We participate in discussions on industrial social dialogues and try to improve the working conditions and rights of those working in industry. We participate in the following social dialogues: Metal,, chemical, shipbuilding, footwear, leather and tanning furniture, forestry, wood.
