    L’Association poursuit les buts non lucratifs d’utilité internationale suivants :
    – Promouvoir la coopération européenne entre membres ;
    – Fournir aux membres les moyens appropriés de communication à l’échelle européenne ;
    – Analyser les risques et opportunités et promouvoir la résolution collective des problèmes affectant leurs intérêts ;
    – Informer et conseiller les membres quant aux sujets de préoccupation communs pouvant affecter les activités de ces derniers ;
    – Assurer aux filières concernées une représentation auprès des instances européennes et autres organisations internationales ;
    – Informer et conseiller les autorités, organisations ou autres personnes compétentes des difficultés rencontrées par les filières bovines, ovines et caprines et préserver leurs intérêts ;
    – Contribuer au développement d’organisations interprofessionnelles reconnues dans les filières européennes concernées.
