Policy Hub - Circularity for Apparel and Footwear (Policy Hub)
EU Transparency Register

Goals / Remit
The Policy Hub - Circularity for Apparel and Footwear stands as a pivotal force in the apparel and footwear sector, dedicated to advancing sustainable practices through the formulation of progressive policies. Launched in 2019, our network comprises over 700 stakeholders from the entire apparel and footwear value chain, including brands, retailers, manufacturers, service providers, and NGOs. We gather technical expertise and knowledge from members of our Partner Organisations: Cascale, Global Fashion Agenda (GFA), and the Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry (FESI), as well as our Advisory Group, which includes Textile Exchange, Fashion for Good (FFG), the Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP), and the Organic Cotton Accelerator (OCA). By working closely with policymakers, the Policy Hub utilises these technical inputs to advocate for ambitious, effective policies that will shape the future of the textile industry in Europe.

The list below only covers meetings held since November 2014 with commissioners, their cabinet members or directors-general at the European Commission; other lobby meetings with lower-level staff may have taken place, but the European Commission doesn't proactively publish information about these meetings. For more information about which commissioner is responsible for which portfolio, check out this link: https://commissioners.ec.europa.eu/index_en All information below comes from European Commission web pages.
1 July 2024: We have noted that some meetings are appearing in duplicate, ie. some meetings seem to be listed twice. This seems to be because the Commission changes some element of a meeting data after the meeting has first been listed, which causes LobbyFacts to register it as a new meeting. We are investigating further.
