No purely lobbying activity is carried out by P&A, the main activity and focus being legal advice and litigation. Not strictly speaking legal action (i.e. advocacy) is very limited and taken only in support and in relation to the relevant legal activity (complaints or legal advice). Hence, it is very difficult to define a budget allocated to policy activities that accompany the legal action.

Pappas & Associates also advises staff of the European Institutions and defends them before the European Union Civil Service Tribunal.
Finally, in parallel to the legal advice and litigation, Pappas & Associates organises policy oriented round tables and also publishes regular and neutral updates of EU issues and practices.
