The Oversight Board Trust is a Delaware non-charitable Trust. The Oversight Board LLC is a wholly owned US registered company of the Oversight Board Trust. The Oversight Board UK is a company limited by guarantee registered in the UK. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Oversight Board LLC.
Meta Inc., is the sole grantor of the Oversight Board Trust. The Oversight Board Trust received top-up funding of $150m in July 2022. This provides the source of funding for the budget of the Oversight Board LLC. The budget for 2023 was USD50 (reflected above in Euro). Meta also provided advertisement credits of $45k in 2023 which was recognized as income in 2023. There are no other contributors. -
