    - realizzare e gestire uno o più siti definiti Nautilus Mediterranean Exchange Points (Namex), dove i fornitori di servizi possano scambiare traffico IP (Internet Protocol) ed altre tipologie di traffico dati secondo regole di peering omogenee e pubbliche definite dal Consorzio, secondo i principi comuni a quanto avviene a livello internazionale su iniziative simili, nonché realizzare servizi di interconnessione e attività collegate in favore dei Consorziati ed eventuali Aderenti Esterni. Il Consorzio sarà aperto a tutti i suddetti operatori in Italia ed anche a livello internazionale, con particolare attenzione a quanti forniscono o promuovono Internet nel bacino del Mediterraneo.
