Communication activities
For case C/2023/786 Munksjö have drafted a position paper which has been circulated to all member states, as well as reach out to Sweden, France, Spain and Germany specifically and asked for 30 min online meetings to further elaborate on the content of the position paper. These meetings have been held. 23 member states have received the position paper.
For case C/2024/3695, Munksjö have together with the co-complainants drafter a position paper to be circulated to all member states to urge for their support in the process as initiated by the Commission. Selected member states will be asked to attend short meetings with the complainants to further elaborate on the merits of the case.Other activities
