Le MAG Jeunes LGBT+ a pour but d'apporter aux jeunes LGBT+ âgé'es de 15 à 30 ans révolus toutes les opportunités de dialogue afin de mieux vivre et assumer leur orientation sexuelle ou identité de genre, ainsi que de défendre leurs droits et intérêts, notamment en luttant contre la gayphobie, la lesbophobie, la biphobie, la transphobie, le sexisme et et toute discrimination qui s'y rapporte.
