    Goals / Remit

    LACA is a voluntary umbrella committee bringing together independent experts and 22 UK major library and archive associations, groups and institutions to advocate for a fair and balanced copyright regime. LACA works with government and stakeholders to address copyright, related rights and licensing issues affecting library and archives’ ability to fully deliver access to knowledge in the digital age.
