    L’ITAB, l'Institut de l'agriculture et de l'alimentation biologiques est un organisme de recherche appliquée qui vise à produire et partager des connaissances pour améliorer la production et la transformation biologiques. Il s’attache également à accompagner la transition agro-écologique en facilitant l’évolution de l’agriculture et de la société vers des modèles diversifiés, résilients et soutenables. Acteur majeur de la recherche en AB et de l’innovation, l’ITAB développe son activité autour de 3 missions : (1) la recherche appliquée sur les systèmes agri-alimentaires biologiques (identifier les besoins, monter et mener des projets, fédérer les acteurs...), (2) l’expertise auprès d'instances publiques ou d'entreprises et (3) le partage des connaissances (guides et cahiers techniques, articles, colloques, conférences, vidéos...).
