GBBC is the largest leading global industry association for the blockchain technology ecosystem with more than 500 institutional members and 301 Ambassadors across 117 jurisdictions and disciplines. We have a global presence with teams and board members in Washington, London, New York and Brussels. Through engaging policymakers and regulators, curating events and in-depth discussions, and driving research, GBBC is dedicated to further adoption of blockchain to create more secure, equitable, and functional societies. Main EU files targeted
We work on all European regulation of digital assets and blockchain and so have a focus on the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
We are currently working on The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) two Consultations Papers on guidelines under Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (MiCA), one on reverse solicitation and one on the classification of crypto-assets as financial instruments.Address
