    La Fundación Internacional y para Iberoamérica de Administración y Políticas Públicas (FIIAPP) es una institución pública al servicio de la acción exterior del Estado en el ámbito de la cooperación internacional para el desarrollo. Acompaña procesos de construcción democrática y de cohesión social en los países en desarrollo. La Fundación ayuda a que las instituciones públicas de esos países sean sólidas, a la formación de líderes comprometidos con la lucha contra la desigualdad y la pobreza y a fomentar políticas públicas que aseguren que toda la población, sobre todo los sectores más vulnerables, acceda a los servicios básicos.
