    Goals / Remit

    Fundacion Fad Juventud (Fad Juventud) purpose is to improve the welfare and quality of life of young people.
    To achieve this, Fad Juventud "ANALYSES, ACTS AND INFLUENCES" everything that affects the development of young people:
    ANALYSES the youth universe, monitors it, detects risks and opportunities, and anticipates trends.
    ACTS in Spain and Latin America through educational projects and training programmes; awareness-raising campaigns; and information and guidance services.
    INFLUENCES youth directly or indirectly through their families, their school environment and their community; through public opinion and public policies.
    We focus on their health and well-being; employment and empowerment; education and digital citizenship; and gender and values.

    To date, Fad Juventud is an active communication actor in the Spanish society. We advocate for a better development of young people through sociological reserarch and the implementation of social awareness campaings, educational programs, and international cooperation programs in Latinoamerica. All activities have a great impact in society.

    Fad Juventud launches one multicanal social awareness campaign every year that has more than 30,000 impacts on tv, radio, press and outdoor advertising. the aim of these campaigns, aimed at the general population, is to raise awareness of issues affecting young people, e.g. gender-based violence, mental health, digital leisure, online gambling, online pornography consumption... https://fad.es/sensibilizacion/
    Besides, Fad Juventud launches three or four digital social awareness campaigns through social networks and banners. These campaigns are aimed directly at young people, use specific codes and language for young people, and the themes are: mental health, emotional well-being, gender violence, cannabis use...
    Concerning publications, Fad Juventud publishes more than ten investigations every year about the topics that considers relevant concerning youth development and socialization: education, health and well-being, ICT, employment and emancipation, values, participation and activism, gender, leisure and culture, sustainability and environment. https://www.centroreinasofia.org/publicaciones/
