The purpose of the Agricultural Federation of the Azores is to promote and develop the interests of its affiliated members (i.e. all those incorporated in the Azores), as well as to represent them in the most diverse official and other bodies, as well as in confederations, with a view to converging policies that best support the agricultural and livestock sector in the Azores.

A Federação Agrícola dos Açores tem por objeto a promoção e desenvolvimento dos interesses das Associadas suas filiadas (i.e. todas as constituídas na RAA), bem como a sua representação nos mais diversos organismos oficiais e outros, assim como em confederações, no sentido da convergência das políticas que melhor apoiem o sector agropecuário dos Açores.
