FAIR BNB NETWORK Società Cooperativa is a company organized and existing under the laws of Italy, with its registered office in Bologna. Fairbnb.coop is a socially responsible vacation rental platform. Is powered by a unique revenue – sharing model where 50% of the net commission goes towards funding local, social projects. A non extractive alternative to the current vacation rental platforms. We offer the potential for authentic, sustainable and intimate travel experiences while facilitating the development of socially relevant projects within communities. Our aim is to limit the negative effects of tourism, amplifying its positive impact on the local host community. We are active in several European countries. We are a cooperative, our members and co - workers are specialist from more than 15 countries.

Short - term rentals & holiday booking platforms. We want to promote sustainable tourism and impact on local communities. We would like to promote verification process and close cooperation with local authorities to build sustainable tourist habits among travelers. We screen hosts according to destination specific rules. In specific areas, we promote the one host – one house rule: lawful hosts, preferably residents, with only one second home on the touristic market in their city. It’s our way to promote a more sustainable, genuine and authentic tourism. Also we promote social impact by donations for local projects.
