Particular experience with competition laws, policy and enforcement. I anticipate involvement with the enforcement of the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 101 and 102 TFEU, the Data Act, the Data Governance Act, the Artificial Intelligence Act, and related digital files.
