EUPHA works together with a lot of partners. We call ourselves a deliberately collaborative organisation, meaning that we are always keen to establish partnerships to build stronger evidence and increase the impact of our advocacy. Some of our partnerships are based on formal memorandum of understandings (MoUs) or work programmes, while others are more informal.

EUPHA publishes a scientific journal six times a year entitled European Journal of Public Health. The EJPH does not only publish refereed original articles, but also provides a forum for discussion and debate of current international public health issues with a focus on the European region.
EUPHA convenes the European Public Health conference each year (2021 virtual, 2022 Berlin, Germany), bringing together public health experts throughout Europe and beyond. The conferences offer a platform for the exchange of information and an opportunity for international research groups to meet and present their work.
Sections
EUPHA organises theme-based networks (Sections) on specific public health themes, which are international and open to the public health community. Projects
EUPHA is also an active partner in projects:
- TO-REACH (H2020-SC1-2016-RTD-733274) aimed to prepare a joint European Strategic Research Agenda and Programme and produce research evidence supporting health care services and systems to become more resilient, effective, equitable, accessible, sustainable and comprehensive in Europe and abroad, EUPHA’s role was to disseminate and communicate project progress and results.
- ExACT (H2020-MSCA-RISE-2018-823995) aims at building a community of academic and non-academic institutions that generates high quality, multidisciplinary collaboration by exchanging knowledge in research and training activities on precision health. EUPHA’s role is to summarise the existing programmes of active citizen engagement in precision health in EU.
- RIVER-EU (H2020-SC1-2016-RTD-964353) aims at reducing inequalities in vaccine uptake in the European Region. RIVER-EU aims to identify and remove these barriers, specifically focusing on MMR and HPV vaccination in selected underserved and migrant communities by analyzing health system barriers tailoring existing interventions or develop new ones. Research findings will be translated in evidence-based guidelines and an educational platform for health care professionals. EUPHA’s role is to disseminate project progress and results and build capacities among health professionals.
- Co-funding for EUPHA’s operational activities by European Union's Third Health Programme (HP-SGA-2020- 101015414)- Meetings

The list below only covers meetings held since November 2014 with commissioners, their cabinet members or directors-general at the European Commission; other lobby meetings with lower-level staff may have taken place, but the European Commission doesn't proactively publish information about these meetings. For more information about which commissioner is responsible for which portfolio, check out this link: https://commissioners.ec.europa.eu/index_en All information below comes from European Commission web pages.
1 July 2024: We have noted that some meetings are appearing in duplicate, ie. some meetings seem to be listed twice. This seems to be because the Commission changes some element of a meeting data after the meeting has first been listed, which causes LobbyFacts to register it as a new meeting. We are investigating further.
