    Goals / Remit

    IMACE represents the margarine industry's common interests on non-competitive issues and works towards obtaining a regulatory framework at EU level that responds to the needs of margarine manufacturers.

    IMACE helps to protect industry, company and brand reputation in case of media issues with broader relevance i.e. towards policy makers, regulators and consumers.

    IMACE enables the exchange of information between national associations and companies at a technical or legislative level, which have lead to the elaboration of several Industry Codes of Practice and industry guidelines.
