Goals / Remit
The European Association for Information on Local Development (AEIDL) was founded by men and women 26 years ago who believed that European integration can contribute significantly to the development of individuals, of initiatives and territories.
The project carried by AEIDL is that of a citizens' Europe, taking into account social, economic, cultural and environmental aspects of each territory, in a process of sustainable development based on equal opportunity and partnership.
We are regularly involved in projects that aim at bringing Europe closer to the citizens, to encourage interaction between citizens and civil society and promote intercultural dialogue.Main EU files targeted
