    1) Exchange information on matters relevant to EU and Asian financial services;
    2) Raise awareness among European and Asian regulators and supervisors on the role of financial services for the respective economies and international trade;
    3) Provide expertise and knowledge to EU and Asian policy-makers, regulators and supervisors on the functioning of financial services;
    4) Advocate, where appropriate, for changes to the regional and international rules to promote trade and the smooth regulatory and supervisory cooperation between the EU and Asian jurisdictions on financial services.
