    Onderhouden van regelmatige contacten met de verschillende overheden om te zorgen dat geanticipeerd kan worden in het voorkomen van problemen of indien toch optredend in gezamenlijkheid te kijken hoe deze het hoofd kunnen worden geboden.
    Als vereniging zorgen voor afstemming van standpunten zodat lijnen uitgezet kunnen worden met de verschillende overheden.
