Goals / Remit
The University of Brescia offers a wide range of educational programs with Bachelor and Master of Science (MSc) degrees, postgraduate technical courses, specialization schools and Ph.D. programs in most areas: business and economics, engineering and technology, law, medicine and surgery, dentistry. With its 562 permanent academic staff, offers 24 undergraduate Degree programs, 17 postgraduate and 7 Doctoral Degree programs. In 2014, about 14600 students were enrolled. The University of Brescia aims at enhancing research and addressing the educational needs of the European and global communities, by promoting collaboration and integration.
The University of Brescia promotes initiatives aimed at internationalization, European and international exchange agreements and cooperation programs to encourage student and researcher mobility. The result is a wide choice of dual award programs, courses taught in English, international summer schools, together with highly-recognized scientific research and important international awards.
