Goals / Remit
For 20 years, Welcomeurope has been supporting all actors in the private, public and associative sectors in the engineering and financing of their projects. In addition, we offer a wider range of services to meet the needs of our clients: For project contractors: Positioning strategy, Project engineering, Compliance analysis, Advocacy, Increasing team skills, Development of project management tools, Recruitment and training of project managers, Sustainability of projects through new business models, we cover a wide range of skills and provide our clients with an optimised and secure approach to these subjects. For public fund managers: our in-depth, hands-on knowledge of project leaders also makes us a valuable service provider for public fund managers. Thus, we carry out prospective studies, benchmarks, evaluations, assistance with instruction or animation (training, workshops, conferences) within the scope of European programmes.
