Goals / Remit
EURIMAG is the European Association printing industry in Europe. Its membership is comprised of the leading manufacturers of printers, scanners, and multifunctional devices. Being the first independent organization representing the imaging and printing industry in Europe, EURIMAG aims to actively promote a European policy framework that will ensure the competitiveness of the IT imaging and printing industry in Europe and protect affordability of printers and multifunctional devices. EURIMAG focuses in particular on copyright levies, one of the most pressing issues for the sector on a pan-European scale. EURIMAG encourages fair implementation of the Copyright Directive across Europe, taking particularly into consideration the concerns of our consumers. Any levies claimed need to be based on objective criteria and should be fairly applied and administered.
To this end, EURIMAG is committed to promote the dialogue between the imaging and printing industry and its stakeholders and public authorities at national and European level.Main EU files targeted
