We are a Growth Management consultancy company, offering tech start-ups an ecosystem of tools, coaching and insights that accelerate their growth, and avoid costly mistakes. We are doing this by preparing them to submit calls for grants and other applications in Europe and in the UK.

Our goal is to disrupt the way start-ups are evaluated when they apply for funding, either grants or equity. We champion meritocracy, as a more tangible way to demonstrate value. We believe that investors have to change attitude and mindset towards the evaluation process of early stage companies, in order to maximise returns for themselves and the companies in their portfolio. The traditional, static way of evaluating start-ups based on their pitch deck and financial forecasts is outdated and leads to human bias.

Furthermore, we follow the small business act (SBA), as an overarching framework for the EU policy on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Their core mission aligns with ours as we both aim to improve the approach to entrepreneurship in Europe, simplify the regulatory and policy environment for SMEs, and remove the remaining barriers to their development.
