Dazu gehören national und europaweit tätige Diensteanbieter, Medien- und Verlagshäuser, Netzwerk-, Service- und Internetprovider, Reseller, technische Dienstleister, Payment-Anbieter, Consulting- und Inkassounternehmen sowie Veranstalter und Vermittler von Glücksspielen wie Sportwetten, Automatenspielen, Poker, Lotto und E-Sport, die unter dem Begriff "Bettertainment" zusammengefasst sind.Ziel des Verbandes ist es, im Einklang mit Verbrauchern, Politik und Wirtschaft einen zukunftsorientierten, innovativen und wettbewerbsorientierten Markt zu schaffen. Der Verband setzt sich themenübergreifend für einen fairen Wettbewerb in regulierten, konvergenten Märkten im europäischen Binnenmarkt ein.
