    Culture Viande is the union of French meat companies in France. in so-called butcher's meats, that is to say mainly from the beef, sheep, pork and goat meat sectors.

    They carry out the activities of slaughtering, cutting, preparing and marketing meat packaged either in carcasses and vacuum-packed muscles, or in consumer portions (meat, meat preparation and meat product). Their customers: large-scale retailers (traditional and self-service departments), artisan butchers, collective catering (schools, company restaurants), commercial catering (restaurants), as well as export markets.

    The organization represents the French professionals, indicates the positions and difficulties of the latter, support the companies in the achievement of the common objectives of the union and in the implementation and the respect of the regulations.
