Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias es una organización empresarial de ámbito estatal que representa los intereses de las empresas cooperativas del sector agroalimentario de España a nivel del estado, en la UE y a nivel internacional. Su misión es impulsar el modelo empresarial cooperativo de agricultores y ganaderos para conseguir la rentabilidad de sus explotaciones, que sean competitivos, profesionalizado, generador de valor y con una dimensión relevante, contribuyendo así a la sostenibilidad del sector agroalimentario español y europeo en su ámbito económico, medioambiental y social. El objetivo de la empresa cooperativa es conseguir la rentabilidad de las explotaciones de sus socios a través de la valorización de sus producciones en las cadenas de valor, mayor poder de negociación, acceso a materias primas y servicios profesionales bajo una estrategia unificada para ganar eficiencia productiva y económica, lo clave para alcanzar los objetivos del pacto verde UE.
